To explain it in further simple words these needs always exist around us but there is a need to recognize them and this procedure of identifying needs is called marketing. This marketing process is revolved around and basically is a combination of 4 crucial Ps which are product, price, place and promotion.
When promotion is being discussed then in broader terms it means that it is a process of communicating product’s information with an aim of creating positive awareness among the customers who are the target market as well.
Apart from the advertising, public relations and personal selling, the promotional items can play a vital role in marketing communication process. These promotional items has been remained a very effective tool for publicity of the product and also in building business relationships. Thorough research has shown that the promotional items cost not much but they create a long lasting and deep impact on the customers.
