4. Be sure to link to websites that contain high PR. Do whatever you can improve your link building. The quality of incoming links will be more valuable than quantity.

5. Again, create useful, informative and innovative content!

6. Do not participate in spamming!

7. Do not attempt to use hidden links and text. This will not sit right with Google.

8. Make sure you are using authorized programs and tools to submit your site to directories and search engines. The last thing you want is to be perceived as spam.

9. Make full use of legitimate SEO loopholes.

10. Ensure that the content you are displaying is relevant to the end-user search results.

11. Make use of the robots.txt file. This will help ensure your site gets listed quicker. Indexing will occur much quicker with a robots.txt file.

12. Submit articles to ezinearticles.com. Google favors sites like these. Another great site is Yahoo Answers. Those get indexed almost immediately!

13. Use social bookmarking sites! Delicious, Digg, Stumble upon, etc. Digg often gets indexed in google within minutes of submission! This will almost instantly get your site some recognition!
