Getting Started With Internet Marketing Promotion, Part 2
Posted on May 14th, 2010 | by John Baril |My previous article explained how to use basic keyword research to aid in finding possible affiliate products to promote on your Internet marketing promotion website. Let’s take a look at this concept in more detail.
For instance, if you like fishing, a site dedicated to a certain style of fishing such as “fly fishing” will be a lot easier to succeed with than a more generic site that tries to cover every type of fishing interest.
The term “fly fishing” is targeted towards a particular niche within the general fishing hobby. It’s specific enough without being too narrow. You’ll be able to experiment with longer keywords containing the term “fly fishing” to attract highly specific traffic to different pages on your website such as “salmon fly fishing”, “dry fly fishing” and so on.
