These are still great ways to increase search engine rankings. It's amazing how much you can lower your rankings by not following even one of these suggestions. I have a buddy who has a great site with a beautiful layout and interesting content, but he has failed to utilize tags and currently his site doesn't even rank on the first two pages. Good SEO takes constant vigilance. I know this article is a little old, but it is still relevant. These are still great ways to increase search engine rankings.
