You are right that outsourcing work can help in not just internet marketing but also in social media marketing. I use a virtual assistant company to do my social media marketing including posting blogs. Before I started doing this, I checked their antecedents and references and also downloaded templates from several sites on standard documents to use when outsourcing to freelancers. They also had some more templates for social media marketing, etc., You can download them free from that site.
