A mistake many newbie internet marketers make is failing to find and market to a specific micro niche market. Because of this, a large proportion of small internet businesses fail. There are many established businesses in broad markets, so if you don’t narrow down your market, you’ll put yourself against very tough competition.

However, if you have a viable product or service to offer to a narrow and clearly defined area of a particular micro niche, you’ll have a much better chance of finding success online, even if you lack the experience.
