To Internet Network Marketing

My
previous article discussed the direct
approach to promoting a network marketing business on the internet.
This article
will cover how to promote the same business but with an indirect
approach.
The
indirect approach to Internet network
marketing
The
indirect approach means you first build a
relationship with your leads and not mention your internet marketing
program at
all in the early stages. Rather, you present some other product that
will
appeal to your leads but is related to the same niche as your network
marketing
program.
The
product that you offer should be of high
value but a low price which will still generate some income for you.
You’ll
have better results if the product you offer is unique, like something
you
create yourself such as a report or e-book, or even an audio or video
course.
Make
sure that whenever somebody purchases the
product, they’ll have to opt-in to your email mailing list to
receive the
download link. Tell them they’ll also gain access to your
business newsletter,
which will provide information on your Internet network marketing
business.
Be
sure
to fill your newsletter with valuable information
and advice about your niche market when writing it. Be friendly and
entertaining, and focus on informing and entertaining your subscribers
instead
of trying to sell them onto your network marketing business. Be open
with them
and talk about your successes and failures and what you have found to
work and
not work when it comes to internet marketing. At this point, you can
simply
provide a link to your Internet network marketing website at the bottom
of your
newsletter.
This
indirect method of promoting your internet
marketing business is often referred to as a "funded proposal"
because it offers a way for you to generate "funds" and then to
"propose" your business program to your customers. It is a softer
approach that has several benefits. For starters, by selling a one-off
product
on the "front-end", you will be able to generate the funds that you
need in order to promote your business from the outset. Meanwhile,
you’ll be
quietly promoting your internet marketing business on the backend
through your
e-mail newsletter series.
Selling
a value packed product on the front-end
will also set you on a good footing with your subscribers before you
have even
mentioned your network marketing business. They will have done business
with
you, and they will be receiving useful information from you, so they
will be
more inclined to trust you when you recommend other products and
services,
especially if you don’t constantly try to sell to them. The
key to internet
marketing success is to build strong personal relationships, and this
method
sets you off on the right foot from the beginning with your new
customers.
Since
your advice will be useful and
informative, they will be much more likely to continue reading your
newsletters. When you consider that most people only buy a product
after they
have been exposed to it several times over (usually 7 times),
you’re going to
stand a much greater chance of recruiting prospects to your Internet
network
marketing business if you can get them to read several of your
newsletters.
Both
the
direct and indirect approaches are
practical models for promoting your network marketing business on the
internet.
You could actually run both direct and indirect marketing campaigns
simultaneously and split-test each to see which performs better.
Regardless,
if you’re starting on a low budget,
I recommend mastering the indirect approach first as a way to fund your
business on the front-end and selling your Internet network marketing
program
on the backend.
I wish you the
best
of success,
